A. Andrew Brosius, DVM

Melissa Miller, DVM

Dr. Brosius is originally from Brookville, PA. He received his B.S. in Animal Bioscience from Penn State University in 2000. He graduated from Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine (Virginia Tech) in May 2004. Dr. Miller is originally from Ebensburg, PA.  She received her B.S. in Animal Bioscience from Penn State University in 1996. She graduated from Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine (Virginia Tech) in May 2004.

After graduating from Veterinary School, Dr. Brosius worked at Cherrydale Veterinary Clinic in Arlington, VA until February 2007.  Dr. Miller worked at Columbia Pike Animal Hospital in Annandale, VA until February 2007. In April 2007 Drs Miller and Brosius purchased the Animal Hospital of DuBois and moved home to PA.  

Dr Miller and Dr Brosius are married.  They met as lab partners while in veterinary school.  Drs Miller and Brosius have 3 children together, Austin, Joseph, and Devon.  They live on a farmette near Brookville. They have 2 cats, a dog, goats, horses, cows, chickens, and ducks.  They love the outdoors and being in nature.


Emily Wambaugh, DVM

Dr. Wambaugh is originally from Austin, PA. She received her B.S. in Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences from Penn State in 2013. She then graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2018. Following graduation Dr. Wambaugh moved back to PA and began working for the Animal Hospital of DuBois.

Dr. Wambaugh lives with her husband & 2 sons on a farm near DuBois, with her dog Olive and a variety of other animals. Her hobbies include reading, cooking, hiking and traveling.







Cecelia Harmon, DVM

Dr. Cecelia Harmon, DVM is from Fairmount City. She has always loved animals and knew from the age of 3 that she was going to become a veterinarian. She obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 2019. Dr. Cecelia then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech in 2023. Dr. Cecelia has been admitted to the Phi Zeta veterinary honors society based on academic merit. Dr. Cecelia has been published in Frontiers Veterinary Journal for a case study on Helicobacter gastritis in a golden retriever. While Dr. Cecelia enjoys seeing any creature with four legs, she has special interest in her feline patients. She is also passionate about senior pets and end of life care. Dr. Cecelia is the author of the “Keeping it Fur Real” column in the Leader-Vindicator, creates informative videos for pet owners and veterinary students on her YouTube Channel, Cecelia Bedelia, and teaches pet care classes. In her spare time, Dr. Cecelia enjoys traveling, medieval sword fighting, baking, eating snacks, being involved at her church, and spending time with her sisters. Dr. Cecelia lives locally with her parents, siblings, and her five cats: Miss Lucille McGuillicuddy (Lucy), Jasper, Totoro, Mozart, and Zuzu Petals.
